Kim Butler at ASBDC Nashville 2017

It’s that time of the year again. Time for the ASBDC’s national conference. I’m back for the third year in a row with exciting topics and even more exciting collaborations. Don’t miss Nashville for great information on improving the way you work and how your client’s do business in the 21st century.

Work Smarter Not HarderThis year’s ASBDC theme is “Work Smarter, Live Better.” So I’ve developed a new presentation that will be premiering on Friday, September 8th at 1:45 pm. “Work Smarter, Not Harder – 25 Time Saving Tools for Professionals.” I’ll be taking an in-depth look at technology that can help you be more productive in your personal and professional life. I’ll share some of my favorite apps and websites that save me hours a week and contribute to a more harmonious work life balance. A Q&A session will end the presentation.

OMG Online Marketing Panel at ASBDC Nashville 2017My second appearance at ASBDC has me joining forces with several other top rated ASBDC speakers, Eric Spellmann and Marty Butts, for a panel discussion that I’m sure will be memorable and entertaining.  (When you get this group together, how could it be anything but?) We’ll be joined by Kim Sherman-Labrum of the Idaho SBDC to discuss online marketing and how to help your clients be more successful online. Bring your questions. We’ll be answering with frankness and several decades worth of first hand experience.

Conference In A BoxI’m super excited to announce a new project that Eric Spellmann and I will be introducing at ASBDC Nashville called Conference in a Box. No spoilers yet, but we’re on a mission to make event planners and education directors’ jobs easier and more productive. When I’m not speaking, I’ll be hanging out at Eric Spellmann’s booth at the trade show, talking up this incredible new program. We’ll have conference specials, so stop by and ask us about it.

Until Nashville, SBDC friends!
