Question:

“My current website is not responsive design.  Is there anything that I can do to make my website more responsive other than doing a complete redesign?”

Answer:

“Unfortunately, there’s not really a quick fix.  The quickest fix if you are using WordPress, for example, you can change the template you are using to a responsive design template which saves you a little bit of time in having to completely redo everything.”

“For those of us who  like to write, we sometimes have a hard time deciding exactly how long is too long.  The best thing to do is to send that email to yourself.  You always want to test your email out before you send it out to your entire audience.”

“What we recommend to our B2B customers is content marketing, using a piece of content in place of a coupon.  With B2B/business customers, you don’t have a coupon you can offer, but you’ve got knowledge.  You’re an expert in what it is that you do and you can use that knowledge to draw people in and develop a relationship with them.”

Answer: “Unfortunately, Facebook isn’t quite as easy to get traffic into as it used to be in the beginning.  First of all, whether or not somebody sees your post on Facebook is all ruled by their Edgerank algorithm, this wonderful, complex set of all these different things that Facebook looks at to decide whether or not it is going to show your post.”

“Am I supposed to post the same thing in different social networks?”

Answer:

“Absolutely, you can post the same thing.  This is meant to be fun and interactive, but repurposing content that you’ve used in other places is perfectly OK.  Let’s say that you write something for your website, something for your blog or something for your newsletter.  Take that piece of content and you can chop it up a couple different ways, depending on how long it is and what you’re talking about.”
